Mrs. Pauline Nation 80 of Mt. Vernon died Saturday January 24, 2004 at the Rockcastle Hospital. She was born May 1, 1923 in Henry County, Ky the daughter of the late Taylor and Nellie Ethel Gordon Bright. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Mt. Vernon.

Survivors are: Two sons; Rev. Eddie Nation of Mt. Vernon and Sam Jennings of Finchville, KY. Four grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by her husband William (Bill) Nation.
