Mr. Everette Overbay age 62, of Livingston died Saturday February 28, 2004 at his home. He was born on May 22, 1941 in Rockcastle County the son of the late Willie and Lucy Milburn Overbay. He was a retired saw mill operator, enjoyed Hunting, fishing, and modifying mowers.

Survivors are: one son; Bobby Overbay of Livingston. One daughter; Miss Lisa Overbay of Livingston. One brother; Elzie Overbay of London. Five sisters; Mrs. Louise Durham of London, Mrs. Pauline Harris of Crab Orchard, Mrs. Lola Mae Barnett of Mt. Vernon, and Mrs. Wilene Vogal and Miss Rosetta Overbay both of Champagne, Illinois. Several nieces & nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by: his wife; Mrs. Dorothy Mounce Overbay, and by two sisters; Alice and Viola.
