William G. Phelps
BRODHEAD - William Gene "Cisco" Phelps, 76, of Brodhead, died Thursday at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. He was the son of the late William F. and Nell Kirby Phelps.
Survivors include two sisters, Geneva Clayton of Danville and Genevieve Mullins of Mount Vernon. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Marvin E. Owens Funeral Home. Burial will be in Deborde Cemetery. Visitation is after 6 p.m. today. |
