PLUMMER, Edna Bailey
CRAB ORCHARD - Edna Mae Bailey Plummer, 80, of Campbellsville, died Friday at
St. Joseph Hospice Care in Lexington.
Born Aug. 6, 1923, in Brodhead, she was the daughter of the late Delver and Mary
Brock Bailey. She was the widow of Raymond Plummer.
Survivors include five daughters, Geraldine Akin of Campbellsville, Mary E.
Singleton, Carolyn Petrey, Betty Petrey and Londa Ramey, all of Crab Orchard;
two sons, Harold Singleton of Crab Orchard and Ronald Singleton of Pensacola,
Fla.; four sisters, Doris Denney of Crab Orchard, Faye Weigand of Ft. Myers,
Fla., Betty Johnson and Sue Wilson, both of Amherst, Ohio; 14 grandchildren; and
18 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons, Jim Petrey and Bobby Bailey; and a
daughter, Belinda Petrey.
Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at McKnight Funeral Home by Dan Gutenson.
Burial will be in Negro Creek Cemetery in Brodhead.
Pallbearers will be David Singleton, Mark Akin, Brad Witt, Frank Gregor, Josh
Shelton and Mike Akin. |
