Mr. Phillip Dale Price, age 53 of Mt. Vernon, died Saturday, Sep. 25 at the VA Hospital in Lexington. He was born in Mt. Vernon on Aug. 13, 1951 the son of Bentley and Shirley Cope Price. He was a former employee of the Bluegrass Army Depot, was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, and was of the Baptist Faith.

He is survived by a daughter, Angela Cole of Berea; his mother, Shirley Price of Mt. Vernon; a brother, Buddy Dean Price of Mt. Vernon; and a special friend, Joan Isaacs of Mt. Vernon. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Price; his father, Bentley Price; and a brother, Bobby Price.
