Billy Ray Ramsey
Billy Ray Ramsey, 61, of Indianapolis, IN, and formerly of Mt. Vernon, died Wednesday, April 7, 2004 at the Community Hospital South in Indianapolis. He was born Nov. 17, 1942 in Rockcastle County, the son of Harrison and Grace Hines Ramsey.
Survivors are a brother, Frank Ramsey of Loveland, OH; three sisters, Glenna Fay French of Madisonville, Irene Penter of North Salem, IN and Mrs. Sadie Pittman of Mt. Vernon. He was preceded in death by fourteen brothers and sisters.
Services and burial were in Indianapolis.
