Woodrow Wilson Rogers
Woodrow Wilson "Woody" Rogers, 91, of Bronston, died Tuesday, January 6, 2004 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Medical Center in Somerset. He was born in Burgin on November 1, 1912, the son of Elisha and Mary Ingram Rogers, was a retired railroad engineer for Penn Central Railroad and a member of the Oak Grove Church of Christ.
Survivors are his wife, Eulala Thompson Rogers; a stepson, Jimmy Silvers (Nancy) of Mt. Vernon; a grandson and a step grandson.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Minnie Hensley Rogers.
Funeral services for Mr. Hensley were conducted Saturday, January 10 at the Pulaski Funeral Home Chapel in Somerset by Bros. Thadeus Eubank, James Thompson, Danny Grider and Arnold Larkin. Burial was in the Quinton Cemetery. |
