Mr. Tennel Sanders, age 93, of Harrodsburg, Ky. and formerly of Brodhead, Ky. passed away, March 1, 2004 at the James B. Haggin Hospital in Harrodsburg, Ky.

He was born on Dec. 9, 1910 in Dorton, Ky., a son of the late Edmond and Vina Burks Sanders. He was an 18year employee of the Formica Co. in Evandale, Ohio and enjoyed farming and blacksmithing, camping.

Those left to mourn his passing include his wife, Ethel Howard Sanders of Harrodsburg, Ky. A daughter-Kathleen Payne and husband William A. Payne of Harrodsburg, Ky. Grandchildren-Patricia Gillespie, Roger Dale Sanders, David Lee Sanders, Karen Sue McKnight and Danny Ray Sanders, and seven great-grandchildren. Several Nieces and Nephews.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a son-Carl Loran Sanders, three brothers and four sisters.

Visitation for Mr. Tennel Sanders will be Wednesday, March 3rd, 2004 – 6:00 P.M. at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals in Brodhead, Ky.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, March 4th, 2004 - 1:00 P.M. at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals Chapel with Bro. Cecil Roundtree officiating.

Burial will be in the Liberty Cemetery.
