Charles Edward "Eddie" Underwood, 42, of Louisville, and formerly of Rockcastle County, died Friday, July 18, 2003 in Louisville. He was born August 14, 1960 in Berea, the son of Richard and Lucille Sowder Underwood and was a chemical mixer for Polyamerica Company in Louisville. Survivors are his wife, Dana Whitehouse Underwood of Louisville; two sons, Timothy and Kevin Underwood, both of Louisville; one daughter, Cary Underwood of Louisville; two brothers, Richard "Ricky" D. Underwood and Ronnie Underwood, both of Louisville and two sisters, Mrs. Donna Allen and Mrs. Connie Underwood, both of Louisville. He was preceded in death by one sister, Janet Lynn. Graveside services were held Monday afternoon, July 21 at the Evergreen Cemetery in Louisville. |
