On Motion of John Nisbit he having Given Satisfactory proof to
The Court orders that it be certified to the register of the Land office that he is
entitled to a preemption of one thousand acres of Land in consequence of
An improvement made thereon in the year one thousand seven hundred and seventy five
According to the following Location beginning two hundred poles of his improvement
On the main fork of Huston thence West two hundred poles thence south four hundred poles
East four hundred poles thence North four hundred poles thence West five hundred poles

On the motion of William Huston. He having given satisfactory proof to the Court
Ordered that it be certifyed to the register of the Land office That he is entitled to a
Settlement of four hundred acres in consequence of his having raised a crop of corn

of one thousand acres of Land in consequence of an improvement made thereon in the

adjoining Reason Virgins preemption in the east side on the waters of Hustons fork

ning two hundred poles west of his improvement and running thence at the cardinal
points to include his improvement in the center of his survey……………………..

Lyons preemption on the South beginning two hundred poles North of his improvement
and running thence at the cardinal points to include his improvement in the center

that It be certifyed to the register of the Land office that he is entitled to the preemption of one
Thousand acres of Land in consequence of an improvement made thereon in the year one thou-
sand seven hundred and seventy five according to the following Location lying on Hustons
fork of Licking about two miles above the mouth of said creek at Cooneyes

On the motion of John Sefferty he having given satisfactory proof to the Court.  Ordered that it be certifyed
to register of the Land office that he is entitled to the preemption of one thousand  acres of Land in consequence of
an improvement made thereon in the year one thousand seven hundred and seventy five to the
following location on the west Branch of Lawrences creek beginning two hundred poles North
of his improvement and running thence at the cardinal points to include it in the center of his
survey……………………..

On the motion of Henry Heartly he having given satisfactory proof to the Court.  Ordered that it be
certified  to register of the Land office that he is entitled to the preemption of one thousand acres
of Land in consequence of an improvement made thereon in the year one thousand
seven hundred and seventy five to the following Location  Beginning two hundred
poles North of the improvement and  thence West two hundred poles South four hundred poles
East four hundred poles  North four hundred poles and thence West two hundred poles
to the beginning including his improvement.……………………..

Ordered that the Court be adjourned till Court in Course to meet again at the place.

On Motion of Patrick Logan by James Pauly his agent he having Given Satisfactory proof
To the Court  Ordered that it be certifyed to the register of the Land office that he is entitled to a
preemption of one thousand acres of Land in consequence of an improvement made thereon in the
year one thousand seven hundred and seventy five according to the following Location adjoining
the lands of William Flin  Henry Heartty and Thomas Den to include said improvement in 
the center of the Survey             Absent Thomas Warring Gent.

On the motion of Thomas Warring Gent  Ordered that the Clerk of this Court do not Issue an order of
Court granting a certificate of the right of preemption to Esther Mills heir at Law of John Mills deceased and
Edward Mills and Simon Kenton be summoned to appear here at the next Court to contest the
Validity of said certificate…………..
