JEFF DONALD MURPHY, of Redmond, Deschutes County, OR, born in Bowling Green, Warren County, KY, son of Powell Davis and Marjorie (Morrison) Murphy. Jeff was the driving force behind the establishment of the KYGenWeb, among other projects. Jeff, you will be sorely missed.

Boyle County History
In 1841, parts of Lincoln and Mercer counties were designated as lands that would be taken by the soon-to-be-created county of Boyle, named for the Hon. John Boyle, who served a number of years as Chief Justice of Kentucky.
