He was born April 18, 1929 in Estill Co. Ky. the son of the Late Joe C. a nd Mona Marcum Tipton,
he was a heavy equipment operator.
Survivors are his wife Rosa Tipton of Beattyville Ky., three sons, Billy A nthony Tipton of Milford Ohio,
Kenneth Wayne Tipton of Paris Ky., James Edward Tipton of Beattyville Ky ., three sisters, Dorothy Potts
and Dovie Lynch both of Beattyville Ky., Geneva Barnes of Irvine Ky., o ne brother Rudy Joe Tipton of
