Personally came before me, a Deputy Clerk In and for aforesaid County and State, Elizabeth Neal _________, aged 73 __ years and _________________ , aged _______ years, whose respective Post-Office addreses are as follows: Cumberland City________ County of Clinton______, State of Kentucky__________, and _______________ County of __________________ State of _________________, and who, being duly sworn, declare in relation to aforesaid

1. case as follows: That she was present and witnessed the mar-

2. rage of Eli Brown and Sarah Agee, and that said

3. marriage ceremony was performed by Esquire A.

4. Beck in June 9, 1851.

 

 

She___ further declares that she has___ no interest in said case, and is__ not concerned in its prosecution.
