Piercey, Eliza J. Brown and Sally Simpson of your vicinity, affiants in Widows pension Claim No. 253142, of Eli Brown of Co. H, 13 Reg't Kentucky Cavalry. Please state the general sentiment of the community as to the justice of this claim.
