Return for Nov. and Dec 1864, not on file. Station Oct. 31, 1864, Lebabon, Ky.
Reg. to hospital Register and ? book ? Station November 1864 Burkesville, Ky and Dec. 5 to 22 by Camp Nelson. Books of organization and Co. returns not on file.
