The Will of Robert Wilson
September 23, 1879
I, Robert Wilson, of Green County, Kentucky hereby make this my last will and
testament. I desire that all of my Perishable property or surplus thereof be
immediately sold after my death and out of the money arising therefrom pay off
my just debts and funeral expenses. I give to my wife Mary E. Wilson one third
part of all my personal estate the remaining two thirds to be equally divided
among my eight children (illegible) Fidelia Sublett, Hugh T. Wilson, Samuel A.
Wilson, Creed F. Wilson, Cattie (sic) C. Wilson, George H. Wilson., Robert B.
Wilson, Shirley M. Wilson. I desire that my wife, Mary A. Wilson, have the tract
of land lying on the south side of the Greensburg Road known as the Ball
(illegible) to hold and dispose at her will and pleasure. I give all of my real
estate after giving illegible) third to my children herein named to be
divided Samuel A. having his interest laid off so as to include the old John
White house to (illegible) forever, except Creed F. Wilson, whose part I gave
him during his lifetime and at his death to his heirs and lastly I do hereby
appoint my wife Mary E. Wilson and Samuel A. Wilson my son, executors of my last
will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 23rd day
of September 1879.
