(Sallie) EDLIN 1848 in Larue County, KY Died 1886 in either
Larue or Nelson County, KY. Sallie was married previously to
William MORGAN in Hardin County,KY and had children by William
MORGAN. Her children with Tillman DONES were Ethel Dones, Susan
Dones (b.1848 Nelson County) and Thomas DONES. One child from
Sallie's previous marriage was adopted by Tillman Dones and
renamed Morgan DONES. Any information on DONES or EDLIN
families in KY appreciated

Looking for info on George Washington Carter born abt 1813. He had 12
children-Martin B, John H, Thomas I, William C, James W, S A, Elizabeth C
(md James Tweedy), Nancy M, Syothia J (Md Timothy Edwards) Fanny
(mongoloid), George T, Permelia W (md Edward W. Bennett).
The family lived in Pulaski, Russell and Adair Co. Children were born
from 1833-1857. GW went to school at Danville and Georgetown Academies.
He taught school, farmed and was sherriff for a time. He died in 1878.
I was told he was buried in Irvington Ky (Breckinridge Co) in the Carter
Cemetery but when I visited no one knew of Carter Cemetery. He maried
Mary Ann "Polly" Raybourn. She may have died about 1858 since
she does not appear on the 1860 Census. His father was Thomas I Carter
who was Killed during war of 1812. I do not know where he is buried but
he was born in "Old Dominion". Any help would be appreciated.

LaRue County. I am searching for the parents and siblings of
Thomas David NEVITT who was born November 16, 1807 in Kentucky.
He married Mary Nolen WHITE June 3, 1833. They were the parents
James (b. abt 1835), C.A. [female] (b. abt 1836), S.J. [female]
(b. abt 1840), E.E. [M] (b. abt 1845), Mary (b. abt. 1847) and
Thomas David, Jr. (b. Sept 9, 1849). The 1850 LaRue County
Census also lists in the same household: John age 49, Ann age
52, Jno. age 17. Thomas Nevitt, Sr. later moved to Green Co.
and was listed in the 1870 census ther. He later moved to
Henry County, Missouri where he died January 14, 1888.

Griselda (Pepper) Pierce and any of their relatives. They were
born in Taylor and LaRue counties, respectively. They were
married in 1866 in Green Taylor county. Later moved to Sikeston

Looking for information on Baxter Heath (m. Elizabeth Hawkins) and his
sons John (m. Sarah Tucker, d. of John Smith and Wilmoth Hodges Tucker)
and William Heath. They moved to LaRue County, KY about 1845 from Stokes
Co, NC. They all appear on the 1850 census. In 1860 Baxter is found in
Hart Co living near Fielding Hodges. Would like to share information on
any of these families.

lived in the north-east area of HART County in the 1880 census.
I am looking for information on his death date, burial site,
etc. At the time of his death he was married to wife #2, Mary
Ann Elizabeth CURRY. A descendant contact would be useful. He

She was 40 years old at the time and others listed in her house-
hold were: Henry, age 24; Celia, age 11; Simon, age 9.
I believe this was the mother of William Buckman Perkins who was
