Edwards Cemetery - also known as Sullivan Cemetery or Sullivan-Edwards Cemetery - is located in Todd County about 4 miles west of Clifty, roughly half way between Clifty and Kirkmansville before the Howell Edwards Bridge. When driving from Clifty on Route 107, turn left on a small gravel drive. The cemetery is about 200 feet ahead on the right.

In years past, this cemetery was in very poor shape, with many broken stones. Recently, [2010] the land has been cleared out and timbered. Thankfully, the owner of the land has been helpful in restoring the cemetery; also Avia Pritchett, a descendant of many of the Edwards buried here, has contributed much effort to the restoration of the cemetery.

Several early settlers are buried in cemetery: Andrew Jackson Edwards, son of Revolutionary War soldier David Edwards; Howell B. Edwards, son of Thomas Edwards, who settled this area about 1805 and is also thought to be buried here; and John Daggie Bivins.
