William Crockett to Mrs. Susan Murphy, widow of Jesse Murphy.
Susan to hold her own property as though she were single. William conveys 5 enslaved people, Patsy, age 35, and her children, Henry, age 20, Ben, age 15, and Jimmy [or Jinny?], age 13, in Mississippi to Susan to do with as she sees fit for her natural life, then enslaved people to revert to heirs of said Crockett. Susan not held responsible for William's debts.

McLean is paid first, then the mortgage.
