200 acres on Priors Creek. Elizabeth had released dower right, but said release was omitted from original deed. She now completes the deed. Original deed Muhlenberg Deed Book 5, page 289, dated 4 Mar 1822, Simeon Vaught to James Welborn.

Mary Vaught to Hannah, Margaret & Ruth Hamm, sd. Vaught's sisters.
Having sold 528 acres mineral and mining rights to E.W. Davis, did not reserve 26 acres inherited by sd. Vaught from their sister Susan Ham. Deed of conveyance made by Hannah, Margaret & Ruth to benefit sd. Vaught and their brother Jacob Ham. Vaught releases all claim to land sold by her sisters.

1000 acres on the waters of Muddy, alias Pond River. Land previously conveyed to John Huston of Daviess County, Kentucky, and mistakenly conveyed 30 Jan 1839 to sd. Vickers & wf. Land being the same granted to Daniel Norton, assignee of John H. Norton, 17 Dec 1787.
