    Note: Some researchers believe Nancy Ann belongs with this family. I don't: Sarah Elvira did not name Nancy Ann as one of her father's sisters in a questionnaire she filled out for one of her grandchildren in 1922. She only names Elizabeth Knight (Fox), Polly Oglesby, Susie Timmons and Sallie Oglesby. Records for Constant Oglesby Jr. just state he married a daughter of John Knight of Christian County. There were other John Knight's in Christian County at that time. - JW

    Jacob and Polly donated the land for the Oglesby Cemetery and the old Oglesby School at White Plains in Hopkins County.
