Skipworth, Alice

Mrs. Alice Skipworth, 73 years old, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Sam Walker, in the southwest section of Muhlenberg county, at 11:30 o'clock Monday night. A funeral service was held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, and interment was in the Mansfield burying ground.

Skipworth, David M.

Greenville - David M. Skipworth, 85, died at 9:30 p.m. Thursday in the Muhlenberg Community Hospital following an illness of several weeks. He was a farmer in the Weir community.

Survivors include his wife, Lula; three daughters, Mrs. Spencer Prouse, Route 1, White Plains, Mrs. George Cook of Nortonville and Miss Bernie Skipworth, Route 3, Greenville; a son, Sherman Skipworth, Prospect, Ky., and six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at Gary Funeral Home at 10 a.m. today, the Rev. A. B. Gross officiating. Burial will be in the Friendship Cemetery.

The body is at the funeral home.

Skipworth, Euba Mae

Mrs. Fletcher Skipworth
Drakesboro, Ky. - Mrs. Euba Mae Skipworth, 48, wife of Fletcher Skipworth, died at her home here Sunday.

Survivors are the husband; two daughters, Mrs. George Donnely, Drakesboro, Mrs. William Unsel, of Maceo; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lucian Cornette, Drakesboro, and two grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. today at the Parker-Harkins-Washburne Funeral home, the Rev. Robert Gant officiating with burial in Ebenezer cemetery.

The body is at the Parker-Harkins-Washburne Funeral home.

Skipworth, Harold Ray

Harold Ray Skipworth, five years old, died Monday in the hospital here. Funeral services were conducted Thursday at the Rosewood Methodist church by the Rev. Mr. Sharp. Burial was in the Skipworth cemetery. Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Skipworth, and one sister.

Skipworth, Harvey

Harvey Skipworth, 45, died January 21 at his home here. Funeral services were conducted at Olive Grove church by the Rev. Allen Higgins on January 22. Burial was in the church cemetery. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Blanche Taylor Skipworth; two daughters, Opal and Helen, and one son, Harvey Skipworth Jr., his mother, Mrs. Jennie Skipworth; two brothers, Buster and Lonnie Skipworth, and a half-brother, Prentice Covington.
