I Elizabeth A. Dearmond of the county of Muhlenberg, state of Kentucky, do make this my last will and testament.
1st I give and bequeath to Thos. J. Toomey Jr. and Samuel A. Toomey 8 acres each of my land and the remainder to James D. Toomey and my personal property one filly and heifer to James D. Toomey, one gray mare and cow to Samuel A. Toomey and one heifer to Thos. J. Toomey Jr. and one bed coverlet and quilt to Thos. J. Toomey Jr. and the remainder of my household goods equally between James D. and Samuel A. Toomey except one bed and quilt and counterpane to Robert D. Roomey, this to be theirs to lease, sell, deed and convey at their own pleasure forever.
Sealed, signed and acknowledged this 6th day of November 1891.

The foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Elizabeth A. Dearmond deceased was this day produced in open court and proven by the oaths of H.T. Wood and Mark H. Simmons, the two subscribing witnesses thereo, to be the act and deed of the said decedent. Whereupon the same is adjuged to be the last will and testament of Elizabeth A. Dearmond deceased and was ordered to be recorded which has been done accordingly.
