This my last will and testament being of good health and mind. 1st I do bequeath & will to my beloved wife Serrenia D. Dwyer all of my personal & real estate during her life or widowhood. When she marries or dies then it is to be equally divided among my children. This 13th day of September 1859.

The foregoing last will and testament of W. S. Dwyer deceased was produced in open court and the subscribing witnesses being dead, the handwriting of said decedent name was proven to be his by the oaths of Lewis Dwyer, james Smith and John Casebier and also the handwriting of the two subscribing witnesses to the will was proven to be their handwriting by the oaths of W. T. Bell and James Smith. Whereupon the same was adjudged to be the last will and testament of the said W. S. Dwyer and ordered to be recorded, which is now done accordingly.
