The nuncupative will of Russell McRery, made & published in our presence, on the first day of June 1845, at his habitation in the town of Rumsey, in his last sickness. Towit
I wish all of my effects to be transferred to my wife and that her brother be appointed assistant legatee.

The foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the nuncupative will of Russell McRery deceased was exhibitied into court and proved by the oaths of William A. Eaves and Elisha Baker, the subscribing witnesses thereto, & ordered to be recorded, which is thereupon admitted to & truly recorded.
