I, Elizabeth J. Myers, being sound of mind and capable of attending to business, do for the purpose of doing justice to all parties concerned, make this my last will and testament.
1st, That my just debts be paid.
2nd, That my son Bernard G. pay to my son David H. five dollars and to my son Phillip E. ten dollars and to my daughter Mattie Heck ten dollars this money being due me on a note now held by me against Bernard G.
3rd, That my son Bernard G. have the balance due me on the note referred to above after paying David $5, to Phillip $10, and to Mattie Heck $10.00.
4th, That my son David H. $5 to be paid to him by Bernard G.
5th, That my son Phillip E. $10 to be paid to him by Bernard G.
6th, To my daughter (Mattie Heck) $10 to be paid to her by Bernard G.
7th, To my daughter Mary Madora McGee during her natural life a certain house & lot in Beaver Dam, Ohio County, Ky. being part of a lot or parcel of land deeded to me by C.M. Taylor and wife, after the death of my daughter Mary Madora McGee, I will that this house and lot be sold and equally divided between my legal heirs. Also to Mary Madora McGee in her own right and for her own benefit to do as she may see proper to do with, to have and to hold to her and her heirs and assigns forever a certain house & lot in the town of Rockport, Ohio County, Ky., being the same deeded to me by Solomon Decker known on town plat as part of lot No. 19.
Also, I further will that Mary Madora McGee have all my householld & kitchen furniture that I may have at my death. My reason for giving to Mary Madora McGee the greater share of my estate is that she has taken care of me in sickness and old age, also that the money with which the property was bought was allowed by the courts for my own and her maintenance.
I further will that Mary Madora McGee be appointed without bond as my Executrix.
Given under my hand this 17 day of Feb. 1896.

The foregoing last will and testament was produced in open court and probated by L. Reid one of the attesting witnesses thereto and was thereupon ordered to be recorded which is now done accordingly.

Note: Elizabeth Jane Willis married James G. Myers on February 27, 1851 in Muhlenberg County. In 1880, she is divorced and living in Greenville, Kentucky. Sometime before 1896, she had moved to Ohio County to live with her daughter Mary Madora McGee.
