In the name of God, Amen. I, Daniel Overhuls [sic], being of sound mind and memory, do hereby declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1st I will and bequeath to my wife Louisa Overhults all right, title and interest that I have in one seven year old bay horse mule, one two year old black mare mule, one two [sic] horse wagon and set of harness, one cow and calf and seven head of hogs. The above property was given to Louisa Overhults by her son Robert Hill deceased. Also all right, title and interest that I have in one black mare eight years old, and one clay bank mare mule six years old, and one cow and calf, and two heifers, one three years old and the other is one year old, and eleven head of hogs. Also all the household and kitchen furniture.
2nd The residue of my property, both real and personal, will go to my legal heirs as the law directs.
3rd I hereby appoint Daniel A. Hill as executor of this my last will and testament.
In testimony whereof I hereto subscribe my name this April 28” 1888.

The above instrument was at the date thereof signed and delivered by the said Daniel Overhuls as and for his last will and testament, in presence of us, who at his request and in his presence have subscribed our names as witnesses.

The foregoing last will and testament of Daniel Overhuls [sic]deceased was produced to court on the date aforesaid and proved to be the act and deed of said decedent by the oath of C.M. Kimbley one of the subscribing witnesses thereo who also proved the attestation of S.L. Fulkerson the other subscribing witness thereto. Whereupon the same was ordered to be recorded which is now done accordingly.
