Miss Jane Watkins, aged 22, was burned to death at her home near Four Oaks. Her clothing caught fire from an open grate.

Ben Wolfe has been re-selected keeper of the poor house at salary of $600, an increase of $100 per year.

Born to wife of George Pribble, a daughter; to wife of Ira Marshall a daughter.

Married Charles Marquardt and Miss Lula McNay; A. T. Cummins and Miss Sallie Poston; Pearl K. Perkins and Miss Minnie Yelton; John O. McDowell and Miss Myrtle Brown.

Died Mrs. Albert Dougherty, aged 40; infant Son of Ingram Shelton; infant son of Linsey Gardner.

Elder J. W. Lemon married 80 couples in 1910.

Jesse Fields and Miss Bertha Courtney, both of Bachelor’s Rest neighborhood, were married by Rev. T. C. Kerr, at his home in Falmouth Sunday afternoon. The groom is 19 and the bride is 16.

Married, Carlis Moore and Miss Lucy A Solhand.

Died: L. Pock, 75; George Calvert, 52; Carlos Harper, 6 Charles Ridgeway, mayor of Yellow Springs, OH, and half brother of N. C. Ridgeway, of Falmouth, died age 72.

Born to wife of Howard Browning near McKinneysburg, a daughter.

E. L. Barnes bought 22 acres near Antioch Mills from J. F. Woolery.

Born at Hodgensville, to wife of Stanley B. Miller a daughter. The mother was formerly Miss Grace Kerr of Falmouth. At Covington, to wife of Frank M. Regan, a son.
