Cold Spring - Bernice Sullivan Yelton, 81, died Saturday at St. Luke Hospital East, Fort Thomas. She was a homemaker, gardener and painter.

Survivors include her husband, Wilbur "Deac" Yelton; daughters, Kathy Yelton and Laura Brown; son, Merritt Yelton; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

The body will be cremated.

The family will host a wake 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at 2241 Uhl Road, Cold Spring.
