Greenville, Ky., 20 Apr. 1891

Know all men by these presents that I, E.E. Quisenberry, of the county of Muhlenberg and state of Kentucky, being in sound mind and memory do make and declare this to be my last will and testament.

First, I bequeath to my two sons Davis & Ed, the homestead upon which we now live, containing about (150) one hundred and fifty acres of land, for their portion of my estate.

Secondly, I will that by my two sons relinquishing interest in and unto the old James Quisenberry homestead to their three sisters that my three daughters shall have the said homestead containing one hundred & fifty acres without any incumberance if my two sons will or do agree to pay Dr. Smoot my son Jim's Dr. bill and they agree to the terms herein.

(3) Thirdly, I design for my two sons Davis & Ed to have one horse each after which all or any part of my personal property that it may take to pay all my just & legal [debts]. After applying the proceeds of the personal property to the payment of my debts, if there are any debts remaining, my two sons is [sic] to assume them.

I appoint my son Davis my administrator and J.D. Yonts his assistant.

The foregoing last will and testament of E.E. Quisenberry deceased was produced to court on the date aforesaid and proved to be the act and deed of the said decedent by the oaths of J.P. Oneal [O'Neal] and L.N. Park, the two subscribing witnesses thereto. Whereupon the same was ordered to be recorded which is now done accordingly.
