By the will of God, Amen. I being weak of body but sound in memory, do constitute and appoint this my last will and testament.
First, I give and bequeath to my beloved daughter Milly Kincheloe a mulatto boy named Charles to her and her heirs forever.
I give and bequeath to my son Lewis Reno the plantation on which I now live to him and his heirs forever.
The balance of my estate I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth during her natural life and at her death that my estate shall be equally divided amongst all my children.
