Ordered that Court adjourn

Note: Hargis' father died in a very suspicious way. Thomas Brandenburg worked for the road Department. He was found in his truck in flood water of a creek at what was known as Slabtown, a section of Beattyville. After the death of his father Hargis who was retarded had no one to care for him.
