Tyson, Loubelia Francis

Mrs. Tyson dies at Hopkinsville

Mrs. Loubelia Francis Tyson died January 19, 1926 at the Jennie Stewart Hospital in Hopkinsville, Ky. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Dukes, of Luzerne, and is survived by husband, father, mother, two sons, three sisters and three brothers.

Funeral services were held at her home near Nebo, with burial at Nebo Cemetery.

Tyson, Morton Wiley

Greenville, Ky. - Morton Wiley Tyson, 48, was fatally injured Wednesday while driving in a strip mine on his way to work. His automobile crashed head-on with a truck operated by the strip mine company. He was killed instantly. The accident occurred at the Duncan Coal Co., near Luzerne. The accident was investigated by M. V. Foster, Muhlenberg County coroner. Death was declared to be accidental.

Tyson was a member of the Luzerne General Baptist Church and an employe of the Duncan Coal Co. since 1924.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Tyson, Route 1, Greenville; one daughter, Miss Janet Lou Tyson; father, Tom Tyson, Route 1, Central City; and one brother, Martin Tyson, Cincinnati, Ohio.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Luzerne General Baptist church conducted by the Rev. Carrol Yarbrough. Burial will be in the Nebo cemetery. The body is at the home.
