May 20, 1826 - The Church met According to Appointment and after Devine Worship Procede to Buisness as follows:
1st - Members from Sister Churches invited to a Seat with Us
2nd - a dore opend for the Reception of Members
3rd - Bro. C. Webb Chosen by the Chruch as our Stated preacher.  The Church then agree to pay him for his Services.  Ajurnd Till Meeting in Corse.

July 15, 1826 - The Church Met on Saturday the 15th of July 1826 According to appointment and after devine Worship, Proceede to Business as follows:
1st - a dore opend for the Reception of Members
2nd - the Referance Cald Concerning Bro. Pugh & Bro. Kemp Laid over Till our Next Meeting.
3rd - Robert King Came forward & Nockt for Admision. Postpond till our Nex Meting.
4th - Anaurenate Bro. Downard to prepare A Leeter by our nex Meeting.
5th - Sister Elizabeth Scott Aplide for a Letter Which was Granted.     A. Downard, Clk.

August the 19th 1826 - The Church Met Accordin to Appointment. & After devine worship procede to Buiseness as Follows:
1st - A door opend for the Reception of members
2nd - the Refances Cald fro Concerning Br Pugh & Bro Kemp.  the Church say Bro. Kemp acted proper With Him.
3rd - We Complain against Bro. pugh for Chargeing the Church With Drunkeness and for not Seekeing to Reclaim them Agreeable to the Gospel.
4th - We Likewise Complain Against Bro. pugh for being angry with Bro. Kemp without a Cause.
5th - We Require Bro. Pugh to Come before the Church and Clean his Chractor of that of Being a drunkard at home & Abroad.   Bro. King to Envite Bro. pugh to Next Meeting.  Sined By order of the Church.

January the 20th, 1827 - The Church met acording to Apointment, & after devine Worship procede to Buisness:
1st - Chose Bro. Abbernathur Mod.
2nd - A Dore opend for the Reception of member   Came forward Hariett Browning, Ms. Lewizar ---- Cleveland, Ms. Patsey Walton and was Received by Experience.
3rd - Bro. Abbnathur Chosen By the Church our Stated preacher for one Year.
4th - a Motion and Seconded that our Meeting Be Ruld By the third Saturday.

March 17, 1827 - The Northfork Baptist Church of Christ met according to Appointment on Saturday the 17 of March 1827 & after Divine Service proceeded to business.
1st - Members from Sister churches invited to take their Seaths With Us.
2nd - A Door Opened for the Recep of members and the following named persons Came forward and Were Received into full fellowship:  Wm. F. Cleaveland, Henry Cleaveland, Valentine Malory, Nancy Malory, James Owings, Polly Culp, Nancy Walter, Sally Routt, Polly Ross, Rebecca Walter, Elizabeth Cleveland, America Culp, Mary Culp, polly King, Sally Jolly, Cassandra Cleveland was Recd by letter.
It is agreed that Sister Margaret Rowland have a Letter of dismission.
4th - Wm. Watson applied to be stored to fellowship.  Refered till next meeting then agreed to adjourn untell meeting in Course.

Saturday the 27th of April 1827 - The North fork Church met agreeable to adjournment after divine Worship proceeded to Business, Viz.
1st - A door opened for the Reception of Members & the following named persons came forward and was Received by experience Viz: Cordelia   Woorl, Mary Walter, Paulina Smith, Rachel Rose, Rachel Jones Kerriah Buckley, Lucinda Patterson, Mary Bledsoe, Valentine Bledsoe.  Ms. Jane Buckley is Restored to full fellowship in this Church.  The reference concerning Watson is Continued.  Brother & Sister Washburn Dismissd by Letter by order of the Church.

Downard, Martha Field, Esther belonging to M. Hitch, Polly Patterson.  Br. Ambrose Field Requsted a letter of Dismission.  Granted.  Also Sister Polly Habler granted.  A Motion & Second to adjourn, agreed.

3rd - Bro. Jackson & Bro. Valentine Malery Appointed Deacons to this Church.
4th - Bro. William Dawson Valentine Malery Robt Beouy Levi Walter Junr. Henery Cleveland to bear our Letter to the Assosiauation.
5th - We also Apoint Bro Cleveland & A. Downard to Right our Letter to the Assosiation.

2nd - the Letter to the Asocation Cald for and Adopted
3rd - the Church sent $1.50 cts To Get our Minets.
A Motion & Second that our Door be in the Side Next the Road, sined by order of the Church.

April Ye 19 1828 - Church met acording to apointment.  After Divine worship proceeded to Business.
1st - a Door opend for the Reception of members and Brother George Routt Express himself agrived with Sister nancy walter.  the Chruch apointed Br Dawson, Br. Jackson & Br Cleveland sister Dawson & Sister Jackson as a Commitee to Investigate the grievance & make Report to Next Church meeting.  done By of the church.

May 17 1828 - Church met agreable to apointment & after worship proceeded to Business.  Brother Henry Jackson Chosen mod.
first - a Door opend for the Reception of members.
2nd - the Case betwen Br. George Routt & Str Nancy Walter Continued till next meeting.
Str Cordela Wood aplied for A Letter.  It was granted her, done by order of the church.

1st - an Envitation to Breathern from Sister Churches to Take Seats.
2nd - a door opend for the Reception of Members
3rd - Came forward Nancy Smith & Was Recievd by Experance. Bro. John King Returnd his Letter. 
4th - we appoint the following Breathren to Bear our Letter to the asosation Levi Walter Jur.; Eligah BNrowning; Henry Cleveland; A. Downard; Robt. Beouy; George Routt.
$4.18 3/4 cts put in the hands of Bro Levi Walter Jur to Defray Church Expenses.

September the 20th 1828 - The Church Met according to Appointment, & after Devine WOrship proceeded to Buiseness.
1st - a door opend for the Recption of members.
2nd - Emilia Linum wa Recd. by Experience; Sister Pritcharde Received by Letter.
3rd - SIster Patsy Miller requested a Letter of Dismission.  Granted.  also Brother Henrey Cleveland and wife Granted; also Sister Bledsaw Granted.
4th - a Motion by Bro. Levi Walter Junior & Second that our Cuvenant Be RedWhen Members are Received by Letter.  The Motion continued tell Next Meeting.   Adgourned.

December 1828 - At a meeting at the North fork Church held at the house brother levi Walter Senr on the third Saturday in December 1828.  after Singing and prayer proceeded to business as follows:  Brother levi Walter Senr Chosen Moderator.  Levi Walter Jr. appointed clerk.  agreed by the Church uanimously that we call Brother Gilson Hamrick to be our Stated preacher for one year.  A motion made and Seconded that A Committee be appointed to transcrine the Cevenant to make it more inteligeble.  Referred untill meeting in course.  A motion & Second to adjourn.  Agreed.

5th - the Motion made to Adopt a New Set of Rules of Decorum Taken up and appoint Breathern Levi Walter Sr., Levi Walter Jur & John W. Routt a Committee to Examin the Rules of Decorum and make nesesary alteration and produced to our next Meeting for Inspection.  Adghurnd

2nd - the Committee Appointed at our Last Meeting to Revise the Rules of Decorum Reported a set of Rules Which ware adopted.
3rd - the Church agred to alter the Time of our Monthly Meeting from the third Saturday to the Second oin Each Month.
3rd - Brothen George D. Routt was Chosen By the Church one of hur Deacons

2nd - an Invitaton to Breatheren from Sister Churches to Take Seats
3rd - a Door oppend for the Reception of members.

3rd - a Motion & Second to Send a Letter to the Licking Assocation asking for admitance agreedl
4th - we appoint Bro. Levi Walter Jer. & A. Downard to prepair a Letter by Next Meeting   Adjournd

August 8, 1829 - The Church met according to appointment and after Worship proceeded to Business Viz.  The Committee appointed at Last meeting to Ascertain Who Would Stand to and maintain our Constitutional principals Reported that the following preamble Was adopted at the last meeting and the persons Whose names are attached thereto did of their own accord agree to have their names enrold and We claim Jurisdiction over no Others.

In Consequence of the unhappy Split in the North fork baptist church of Christ We the under subscribers do agree to make a stand for the maintainance of the principals held by our Church Covenant believing them to be in perfect accordance With the Word of God
