January the 5th 1833 - The Church Met According to appointment & after devine Worship Proceeded to Buiseness.
1st - Received Bro. John Aiken by Letter
2nd - agreed that Bro Levi Walter be Released as deacon and that makeing Choice of an other be postponed Tell Next Meeting.  Signed by order of the Church.

February the 2, 1833 - The Church met acording to appointment & after devine worship proceeded to Buiseness.  1st - Motishioned that the Choice of deacon be layd over Until Next Meeting.  Then Adgournd.

March 3, 1833 - The Church Met acording to appointment & after Worship proceeded to appoint Levi Walter Clerk pro tem.  then Adgournd.

April the 6, 1833 - The Church Met at Brother George D. Routts and after Worship proceeded to buiseness.
1st - In Concequence of the absence of the Clerk Levi Walter was appointed Clerk pro tem.
2nd - the Refferences Concerning the Choice of A deacon to fill the Vacanety occasioned by the Resignation of Levi Walter Taken up and Referd Untill next Meeting.
3rd - it appearing to the Church uppon information that Rachel Jones who is yet a member With us has united herself With a people Cald Methodists Which is Contrary to our order Wherefore she is Excluded from our boddy.

August 3, 1833 - The Church Met acording & after Worship proceeded to buiseness.
1st - in Consequence of the absence of the Regular Clerk L. Walter was appointed Clerk pro tem
2nd - Brother George Patterson preferd the following Charges against Bro. Robert Blackburn to wit:

Charge 1st for Brakeing the piece of the Church
Charge 2nd disorder
Specification 1st, for leaving the Meeting house abruptly at August meeting and no person nowing the Cause
Specification 2nd for unlawfull Charges against the Church and its preacher saying we wold all be Camelits and the preacher was Teaching of it and in other Way as Misrepresenting the Church and preacher.
3rd - Brother Adam Downard was appointed to notify Bro Blackburn of the above Charges and Request him to attend next meeting and answer them.
4th - Breatheren Downard & L. Walter appointed to Right a Letter to the Assocation and bring it to next Meeting for inspection.
5th - the Refferance Converning the Choice of a Deacon Cald for and again Refered untill next Meeting. then Adghournd.

- The Church Met according to appointment & after worship proceeded to Buiseness.
1st - Refgferences Concerning Brother Blackburn Cald for.  Dispenced With Untill next Meeting.
2nd - the Refferences Concerning our Deacon Cald for Dispenced With Untill Cald for.
3rd - Refferences Concerning our Letter to the Assocacation Cald for Red & not adopted.
4th - Moshiond that We Send no Letter to the assocacion.  Brother Leevi Walter as Treasurer Reported 73 cts in his hand, then Adgournd.

1st - Came forward Sister Mary Blackes and Excspressed a desire for her name to be Enroled in our Church Book Believing in our Covenant.
2nd - Motioned & Seconted that the Charges Aledgeed against Bro. Blackburn is lawful and the Chruch Say he is no more a Member With us.

3rd - Moteshened the following Breathering be appointed George D. Routt, Leevi Walters & A. Downard to Transcribe the rules of Decorum of this Church in Some propper place in the Book.

2nd - Bro. William Jett produced a Letter of dismission from the Church at drift Run WHich was Red and the Bro was Recived in full fellowship
3rd - Next Meeting to be held at L. Walters.
their appearing no other buisness the Church adgournd

3rd - Brethren Jett walter and Downare appointed a Committee to prepare a Letter for the Association and report to the next meeting.

1st - appointed Levi Walter Clerk pro tem
2nd - Brother Joel Benny (or maybe Berry) produced a Letter of Desmission from the late Disolved Church at flour Creen Pendleton County Kentucky.  Which Was Received and the Right hand of fellowship was Given to the Brother also Sister Dully berry (Benny?) produced a letter from the Church Cald Village Creek in Indiana Which was received  Whereup on the Right hand of fellowship was GIven to the Sister
3rd - Next Meeting to be held at Bro. Levi Walter.
Their appearing no other Buiseness the Chruch Adgornd

1st - Brother George Marshall produced a Letter of Dismission from the Church at Union for himself and his Companion Sister polly Marshall.  the Letter was Recvd. and the Brother being preasant Recvd. the right of fellowship
2nd - Breatheren A. Downard I. Asken & G. Marshall appointed a Committee to prepare a Letter for the associacion & present it next meeting for the Insecteon of the Church.

1st - the Refferences Cald for Concerning our Letter to the association Which was Red and Received  Bro. Berry, George Marahall & L. Walters to bare our Letter to the Association.
2nd - Setteled with the Treasurer and find the Church Indebted to him 6 1/2 cents.
3rd - the Choice of a Deacon Still Continued Untill Nex Meeting
4th - Motioned that our next Meeting be our Communion.
5th - placed in the hands of the treasurer

3rd - the Vote of the Church Taken in the Choice of a deacon no Choice made
4th Next Meeting be held at Brother Asken

No other business appearing the Church Adjourned

Saturday November 5th 1836 - The Church met according to appointment at the house of Levi Walters and after wORSHIP PROCEEDED TO BUSINESS vIZ
Information being given by Levi Walter that brother Adam Downard Was intoxicated by drinking ardent Spirits at Claysville on monday the 24th October and that the borther had Sent a request to the Church to expell him from her body
The Church appointed brethren Wm. Jett and Thornton Duncan a Committee to go and labour With the brother and try to prevaill on the borther to attend next meeting at Which time the Committee are to report
Agreed to change the time of holding our meetings from the first Saturday in the month to the Second.
nex meeting to be at Brother Jetts

the Church agreed to brear With the brothr untill next meeting and appointed brother george D. Routt to inform him of the Wish of the Church and that She requeste him to attend next meeting
