Brother Thornton Duncan and Sister polly his Wife presented a letter of dismission from the Church at Falmouth which was read and Received adn the brother and Sister Received the right hand of fellowship.
No other business appearing the Church Adjourned

The Reference Concerning our Letter to the association was Caled up, the letter was read and Receivd and the following brethren George Marshall, George D. Routt and Thornton Duncan appointed to bear it.
Settled with the Treasurer and find 62 1/2 cents in his hands
The following brethren contributed to the church fund to Wit

October the 1st 1836 - The Church met according to appointment and after divine Worship proceeded to business.

Saturday November 5th 1836 - The Church met according to appointment at the house of Levi Walters and after wORSHIP PROCEEDED TO BUSINESS vIZ
Information being given by Levi Walter that brother Adam Downard Was intoxicated by drinking ardent Spirits at Claysville on monday the 24th October and that the borther had Sent a request to the Church to expell him from her body
The Church appointed brethren Wm. Jett and Thornton Duncan a Committee to go and labour With the brother and try to prevaill on the borther to attend next meeting at Which time the Committee are to report
Agreed to change the time of holding our meetings from the first Saturday in the month to the Second.

Brother Duncan from the Committee appointed at our last meeting to visit brother A. Downard and Request him to come to meeting reported That the brother expressed sorrow for his conduct but for Some Cause declined coming to Meeting
the Church agreed to brear With the brothr untill next meeting and appointed brother george D. Routt to inform him of the Wish of the Church and that She requeste him to attend next meeting

Saturday January the 7th 1837 - The Church met according to appointment at the house of brother George D. Routt and after Worship proceeded to business
Appointed Levi Walter Clerk pro tem
Brother Adam Downard gave the Church full Satisfaction for the charges She had against him and he stands acquitted
Brother Downard applied to be released from the office of Writing Clerk Which Was granted and the Church refused to appoint a Successor in Consequence of the Small number present
Brother George D. Routt Was appointed to invite Sister Sally Kinny to attend our next meeting and Levi Walter was appointed to invite Sister Sally Hieatt to attend also.

at the request of John Miller made through the medium of brother A. Downard his Case was taken up and appears he Was excluded Some years Since from this Church for A charge Which he has ever dnied the truth of
the Church appointed brother George Marshall to Write him a letter for the inspection of the Church at next meeting
The Church appointed Levi Walter to take charge of the Church book untill She makes Choice of a Clerk

Saturday 11th February 1837 - The Church met according to appointment at the house of Levi walter and after Worship proceeded to business
The reference concerning the Choice of Clerk was taken up and on the ballot being taken Levi Walter Rceived a Majority of all the votes that were given and "as declared duly elected"  Brother George D. Routt Who was appointed to Cite Sister Sally Kinney to attend this meting reported that he had visited the Sister Who informed him that it was her Wish to be With us and promised to attend next meeting.
Borther Marshall who was appointed t Write a letter to John Miller of Indiana in relation to his case, presented a letter Which was read but there being Some Objections to it, it was post poned untill mext meeting.
The Church appointed Brethren John W. Routt, George D. Routt and Levi Walter trustees to receive a deed for the land that our meeting house Stands on WHich deed is to Convey to the land to the Said trustees for the use and benefit of the Northfork Church of particular baptists So long as they Continue to hold and believe is Set forth in the philadelphia Baptist Confession fo faith
Next meeting to be held at borther George D. Routts

The reference concerning John Millers Case Was taken up and the Church Refused to answer the Communication we had received on that Subject

Brother William Atwell produced a letter of Dismission from the Church at falmouth including his Wife Sister Ursula Atwell Which Was read and Received and the right hand of fellowship was given them

on Motion Ordered that We adjourn

Saturday August 12, 1837 - The Church met according to appointment and after Worship proceeded to business to Wit
The Committee Who were appointed to Write the letter to the Association Reported one Was read and adotped and brother Marshall, Atwell, Walter and G.D. Routt were appointed to bear it

Brother G.D. Routt Was Released from the duties of Deacon in this Church
Brother John Askin Requested to be Rleased from the duties of deacon Which Was refused
On motion the Vote Was reconsidered and the request was granted
On motion ordered that We make choice of two deaons to supply the Vacancies occasioned by the former ones being released and on taking the ballot Borther William Attwell & Thornton Duncan were chosen to fill the Vacancies
Settled with the treasurer and find the CHurch indebted to him 12 1/2 cents
On motion Ordered that We postpone communeing untill next (October) meeting
On Motion ordered that we adjourn

Brother Porter Jett appointed Moderator
on motion agreed to postpoe Communeing untill next meeting

Saturday November 11th 1837 - The Church met at the house of L. Walter and after Worship proceeded to business to Wit,
Agreed to postpone Communeing untill next meeting
Agreed to alter the time of Our meeting to the first Saturday and Sunday following in each month
Brother Adam Downard prefered a charg against Brother John W. Routt for Claiming the payment of a note twice Which he the said Routt held on him, and on Which note he has brought Suit and recovered A Judgment therefor.
The Church agreed to take up the Charge, and on motion agreed to refer it untill the next meeting.
On motion the CHurch agreed to abolish her 17th Rule of decorum Which is as follows to Wit,
    "Any Mail member failing to fill his seat two meetings in succession (and the Church not knowing the Cause) Shall come forward the third and give Satisfaction"
and the same is hereby abolished.
Next meeting to be held at brother Goerge D. Routts
On motion ordered that we adjourn

Saturday December 21, 1837 - The Church met according to appointment at the house of Brother George D. Routt and after Worship proceeded to business to Wit
The Reference of Communeing Was taken up and again refered untill next meeting
The reference of the Charge that brother Adam Downard prefered against brother John w. Routt at last meeting Was taken up and brother Routt presented the note in dispute to the Church Which Was read to Wit
Due John W. Routt Seven dollards in gold or Silver for
Value received this 29th day of August 1835

The Church heard the Statements of the brethren and on motion decided unanimously that Borther Downard had failed to Sustain the charge that he had prefered

That Some time ago Was in Cynthyana and became intoxicated by drinking Ardent Spirits Which he regretted and has made Such acknowdgements that the Church on Motion gave a unanimous Vote of Satisfaction WIth him
he then Requested to be released from the pastoral care of the Church for the present which Was granted and the church Adjourned.

Friday May 1839 - The Corresponding meeting of Baptists held their Semi annual Meeting at North Fork meeting house Commenceing on the first friday in May 1839.
Brother Charles Webb preached the bpning Sermon from the five first Verses of the Second Chapter of pauls first letter to the Corinthians.  The following Brethren appeared from the Church in our Connection (to Wit)
