Any and all information regarding Lt. Col Henry G. STONER. He was a Confederate Officer during the Civil War. Many of the men recruited by him and Major W.C.P. BRECKENRIDGE were from Henry County. They formed the Co.G. Ninth Reg. Cavalry Ky. Volunteers, Confederate States Army. Just found out he was my Great Grandfather.

MILES, DUVALL, THORNE, KEPHART, DOUGHERTY, STOUT, HAWKINS, WEALCH. Primarily researching MILES line, focused on family of George W. MILES, m. to Perlina THORN (THORNE??). George born 1807, Henry, KY. Their first two children, Ellis and Aaron, were born in KY, and then the family relocated to Montgomery Co., IN. Know of one brother of George, Benjamin, who also relocated to Indiana. Their father and mother, John F. MILES and Mary Polly DUVALL, were originally centered around Culpeper, VA, but had moved to Henry Co. around the time of the birth of George, their last son. CHISIM,WATSON I am trying to find a marriage record and and any other information aabout my grandparents . She is Lucy Ann CHISIM She married Benjamin B. WATSON on Nov 22,1842. She died Mar28,1894 he died Dec. 3,1877. I would like to have a copy of the marriage Cert. and know who their parents are and where they are buried I think her family came from Henry Co and his may be from Shelby Co. I know they lived in Franklin Co. I have some information about him, but Nothing about her, or her family. I will be happy to pay for any copies of anything.

Samuel IRELAND Sr. moved to Henry Co. about 1803 from Scott Co. Ky. He lived in Henry Co. until after the Civil War, when he passed away in his late 80's. I have been searching for cemetery records, death records, etc but have been unsuccesful. The family seperated after the war with some staying in KY and others moving on to Missouri. I am the 7th great grandson of Samuel IRELAND Sr. through Samuel IRELAND Jr. and his son Richard Samuel IRELAND Sr.

I am searching for information on the family of Daniel Hampton SULLIVAN, of Port Royal, Henry Co., Kentucky. He was a doctor and moved to Louisville where he set up his office. He died in 1869 (?) of pneumonia after attending a patient in a thunderstorm. He was married to Frances GARRIOTT and is supposedly buried in the Port Royal Cemetery though we have never found the stone.

She was d/o Benjamin Franklin BROWNING (b. 15 Aug 1839 in Henry Co., KY.; d. 27 Mar 1905 in Woodbine, Harrison Co., IA.) and Sarah Elizabeth GIVIDEN (b. 11 Nov 1845 in Henry Co., KY.; d. 11 Aug 1919 in Woodbine, Harrison Co., IA.). CLARK, George W. Married Milly BERRY on12-18- 1815 they lived in Henry county. There oldest son was Barry CLARK, next was William, then John, about 1848? something must of happen to George & Milly because John loaded all his younger bro and sis and moved to crawford cty, ill, Old family bible said George served in the war of 1812 ,I found a couple of papers with George`s mark on it with a Capt. William ELLIS, Capt might be related??? Maybe not, but they were together some, I`d like to find the land Geo. owned and his will? I am trying to find any information about my GtGrandmother Lucy Ann CHISIM who I am told was from Henry Co. KY. She married Benjamin B. WATSON and they together had several children. I will be most grateful for any information and will be more then happy to share what I have. I believe he was from Shelby Co and they lived during the Civil War in Franklin Co. He mustered into the war in Henry Co. KY.
